LOCATION: The Little Street Cellar, Congleton, Cheshire

JOB DESCRIPTION: As Bar Supervisor at The Little Street Cellar, your role will be leading service and day-to-day operation of the bar

MAIN DUTIES: We would expect Bar Supervisors to be confident and comfortable with:
– Supervising a small team of Bar Staff and leading by example
– Ensuring excellent customer experience and conveying our passion and enthusiasm
– Dealing with any issues or complaints appropriately
– Opening and closing the bar independently
– Stock ordering and taking deliveries
– Line Cleaning & Cellar Management
– All drinks preparation & service
– Actively driving sales and using efficient working practices to help minimise unnecessary costs

The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of Craft Beer & Drinks, with experience in a similar role. All candidates must be 18yrs+.

WORKING HOURS & PAY: Part-time position, 10-16hrs per week. £12.00-£13.44 per hour
