We are a cuckoo brewing company, based in Cheshire. We’re a small, family business and are absolutely passionate about Craft Beer and our local community. We want to help our local area thrive and share our enjoyment of Craft Beer.
AWARD-WINNING EXPERIENCE
Matt has over a decade of experience across the Craft Beer Industry – as a Head Brewer and in Hospitality Operations. His beers and bars have yielded many CAMRA, SIBA and World Beer Awards.
CUCKOO BREWING
Cuckoo brewing involves utilising other breweries’ equipment and spare production capacity to produce our beers. This gives us great flexibility and helps build relationships with some fantastic Craft Brewers.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
We love the countryside and are extremely mindful of our impact on the environment, particularly locally. Our ‘cuckoo’ production strategy helps us to minimise the amount of wasted energy and extra cleaning chemicals we are responsible for. The hyper-local distribution to our bars ensures that our logistical impact is also minimised.
